All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never handle or store your card information.
Spawn, cultures, and substrate are live biological products. We guarantee they are contamination-free and viable at the time of shipment. We cannot guarantee results, as growing outcomes depend on factors outside our control (temperature, humidity, sanitation practices).
Gubmint Listnin's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
