Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday ship the following Monday.
First, be patient — most kits pin within 5–10 days of opening. Make sure you're misting twice daily and the kit is in indirect light with some air movement. If nothing after 2 weeks, soak the block in cold water for 12 hours and try again. Still nothing? Email us with a photo.
Yes — we work with farms, restaurants, and retailers. Send us a message with your business name, what you're looking for, and approximate volume and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
Live spawn and cultures cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. If your product arrived damaged or contaminated at the point of delivery, we'll replace it — just send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it.
Grain spawn is for indoor cultivation in bulk substrate — it colonizes fast and mixes easily. Plug spawn is hardwood dowels for inoculating logs and stumps outdoors. They're not interchangeable — use grain for indoor, plugs for outdoor log culture.
